We are based in Bowdon, Altrincham offering a high standard of care support services to the elderly and infirm in all areas of Trafford as well as parts of Stockport and Cheshire East including Handforth, Wilmslow and Alderley Edge. We are a team of 120+ fully-trained carers committed to a quality homecare service second to none.
Our Service
Ours is a friendly yet professional service that cares about its clients. We work 365 days a year and visits can be anything from a 15 minute daily pop-in to check you are safe and well or 30, 45 or 60 minutes visits as many times a day as you need between 7am and 11pm, 7 days a week. Or we can arrange for visits up to several hours a day or even 24 hour overnight sleepovers if required. We can tailor your care package to suit your personal needs; just call us to arrange a free no-obligation home assessment visit.

Our Staff
Each of our staff have passed a criminal records bureau check through the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) and are fully-trained in all mandatory requirements as set down by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Mandatory requirements include;
Our staff are fully-trained in the new Care Certificate at induction stage covering all mandatory training courses set down by the CQC and Skills for Care.
